Essay

The object of research is the development and implementation of the value-driven corporate system of projects and programs management of the organizations. This research focuses on development of the theoretical and the methodological principles of the value-oriented approach to creating CSPPM for project-driven organizations. Based on the developed models and methods proposed effective CSPPM that can be used in project-driven organizations. The results are implemented in the construction projects of the company "Naftoservis" and in the educational process in project management department KNUCA.
