The thesis found that despite the fact that the principles of advocacy were the subject of scientific studies as the so-called Soviet era and independence in part, due to the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On advocacy" of their content and practical orientation became especially Relevance, as defined in its principles, first of all, should aim at implementing the concept of building a civil society, which is an integral part of the Advocacy Institute. It is proved that in this situation, in addition, it is extremely important the solution of problems that reflect the contents of the subject of this study and related to: a) theoretical and legal basis of the legal profession, as an institution of civil society; b) the emergence and development of legal principles; c) The concept of principles such activities; d) ratio principles of advocacy with other types of branch principles of law; e) description of the main principles of advocacy. Addressing them in fact has not only theoretical significance, but also practical focus - creating appropriate procedures for neutralization, blocking, eliminate, the causes and cause errors in advocacy, as well as the improvement of the legal implementation mechanism defined in the law of the functioning of the advocacy of Ukraine. Research necessity complement system principles of advocacy in Ukraine the principle of professionalism and the principle of legal liability and copyright formulated their concept.
