Gontar Y. Cytogenetic characteristics of different human's ontogenetic stages in ART.

Analysis of ratio by sex in euploid, aneuploid, and polyploid chromosome sets on various stages of the human development was presented for population of Ukraine for the first time. Chromosomal abnormalities that increase the likelihood of cases of ectopic pregnancy and recurrent miscarriage were demonstrated. The effect of the combination of ejaculate quality characteristics that exceed the norm on the morphology and euploidy of embryos was investigated. Optimal number of embryos for ART cycles with the highest yield euploid embryos was calculated. The efficiency of reanalysis of embryos on the blastocyst stage, which preliminary researched on the third day after fertilization, to identify mosaic and preserve of potentially euploid embryos was demonstrated for the first time. The influence of women age on the occurrence of aneuploidy in preimplantation and prenatal periods of human development was confirmed.
