Object - the structure of a single kidney and ureter in experimental hydronephrosis; purpose - to establish the morphological changes of single kidney and ureter with hydronephrosis and its correction; methods - experimental, histological, radiological, morphometric, general clinical and laboratory, statistical; the results - morphological changes in the single kidney parenchyma of a experimental model of hydronephrosis are reserched, and it was made a comparative analysis of morphological restoration of tissue structure single kidney ureteral patency in the recovery by portion of the small intestine or plastic contralateral ureter of removed kidney, where an advantage of using as transplant the ureter on X-ray and at microscopic level was found; branch - medicine.
