Traced situation of the russophile movement in the territory of the Austrian Galicia and Bukovina before and during the Great War 1914-1918. Revealed the scale and nature of Muscophiles in the Russian occupation administration in the region in the 1914-1917. Reveals the relationship between the Austrian government and followers of Muscophiles, drawn attention to the massive repression of the past and their internment camps to particular Talerhof. It traces the ways how russophile refugee and features of the Muscophiles Rostov branch.
