Korotkova S. Adverbs in a special text: structural-semantic and system-functional aspects.

The object is the adverbial units of the Russian language functioning in special texts of scientific-and-technical, humanitarian and natural scientific styles. The goal is the complex exposure and comprehensive description of adverbs functioning in special texts of scientific-and-technical, humanitarian and natural scientific styles. The methods are as follows: descriptive-and-analytical analysis, structural analysis and contextual analysis. Thesis outlines the Russian language functional fragment, which has never been a subject of a complex investigation. This fragment is scientific style represented by the texts array of three scientific-and discipline styles - scientific-and-technological, humanitarian, and natural scientific. Thesis presents: the creation of special communication sphere adverbs corpus-based systematization; the outlining of special text adverbs structural peculiarities, their formal and semantic categories; the investigation of adverbs co-occurrence depending on the type of the special text functional syntagmatic structure; the description of the adverbs-graduators co-occurrence in special texts. The sphere is the educational process.
