Kropyvnitskiy V. A method of estimation of the operational efficiency of the water vehicle usage considering the environmental protection

Work is dedicated to estimation questions of operational efficiency of a water ve-hicle utilization for accomplishing of particular missions in compliance with the require-ments for environmental protection. A suite of mission accomplishment metrics and criterion of the water vehicle utili-zation efficiency was developed considering peculiarities of performance indicators variation range depending on a mission type. It was conducted a mathematical simulation of the water vehicle operation process including shallow impact on vessel control charac-teristics and improvement of its tactical efficiency in mission accomplishment. It was de-veloped a layout technique for mission equipment on board of the water vehicle consider-ing its suitability for actions of personnel assets. A function of ergatic system of the water vehicle was improved via selecting of intelligent approach for interaction of operators with technological equipment basing on their anthropometric measurements. Results of that research were implemented into practice of the limited liability companies "Company Tital", "UMS-Bot" and teaching and learning process of Ukrainian Research Institute of Civil Protection.
