Essay

The analysis of the state of working out the scientific problem has been done and the concepts of gifts, which are in the world pedagogical science, have been revealed in the thesis. The system of education of the gifted schoolchildren in Great Britain has been characterized and the policy of the British government as for identification of gifts has been cleared out. The ways of modernization of teaching gifted children in Great Britain have been singled out. The state of education of the gifted schoolchildren in Ukraine has been examined and practical recommendations as for taking into account practical experience of Great Britain in the domestic educational practice have been worked out.
