The thesis is devoted to the study of individual anatomical variability relationships arteriovenous vessels of dura matter of the brain in adult people. The research was conducted on 100 brain specimens taken from adult people of all sex and shape of the head during postmortem autopsies. Standing range of individual anatomical variability relationships arteries and veins of dura matter of the brain in adult people, detailed their localization relative to each other based layered matter structure and its derivatives. Compound histotopohraphic dura matter of the brain scheme with allocation of plots and depleted abundant blood supply and venous drainage. It describes arterial trunks, their branches of different orders and availability anastomotic networks. Morphometric data obtained statistically significant variation - and allow them to use when reading and analyzing X-rays, angiograms, ultrasound and tomograms. In addition, developed and offered appropriate device structures that help improve morphometric study of dura matter of the brain that are supported by patents of Ukraine.
