Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the morphological features of the small intestine remodeling structures of experimental animals in different ages as a result of the experimental lesion caused by cadmium chloride. In immature animals found more sophisticated structural organization compared with sexually mature and a minimum number of affected epithelial cells and endothelial cells, due to the lack of maturity of the structural components of the bowel wall and its' bloodstream, indicating a low level of dystrophic and atrophic changes in this age. The impact of cadmium chloride on the body of rats leads to morphological changes and they are dystrophic-destructive and depend on the age of the animals. There were revealed morphometric changed - thinning of the mucosa, increasing the thickness of the muscle layer of the studied parts of the small intestine which dominated in the jejunum of immature rats. Intoxication of immature and mature rats caused by cadmium chloride led to a thickening of the walls of blood vessels, narrowing of their lumen, reducing bandwidth deterioration of blood supply to the organ. More prominent restructuring thus found in small arteries, ileum and jejunum. The original method of cadmium chloride administration for white rats was developed.
