Essay

Dіssertation is dedicated to theoretical and practical problems of development and application of the law on liability for contempt of court. The grounds and procedure for applying legal sanctions for contempt of court defined in Art. 185-3 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences and several other articles of the Code and the Criminal Code of Ukraine and norms of other branches of law. This review resulted in the thesis these issues in broad and narrow sense.
