Object - Master's training of future managers; goal - theoretical grounding, elaborating and experimental testing of the pedagogic technology of rhetoric competence formation of future managers in conditions of Master's training; methods - analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, modeling, questionnaire, discussion, written interrogation, and oral interrogation, method of mediated observation, expert interrogation, pedagogic experiment, method of mathematical statistics; novelty - theoretically founded, developed and tested the model of rhetoric competence formation of future managers in conditions of Master's training which reflects the peculiarities of its formation in the system of professional training of Masters in management, in particular: gradual acquisition of rhetoric activity experience; rhetorization of professional training; integration of content of rhetoric competence formation into the content of the subject of professional training of Masters majoring in "Management" on the base of interdisciplinary links; the pedagogic technology of rhetoric competence formation of future managers in conditions of Master's training which consists of three stages: improvement of pronunciation, lexical, grammar habits; formation of skills of monologue speech; formation of skills of dialogue speech and invariable at each stage microstages of realization of the educational activity (motivation and aim-directed, cognitive and orientating, activity and operating, estimating and correcting); the structure of the rhetoric competence of a manager was clarified, the specification concerns outlining such components as: motivating (motivation and will manifestation for acquiring and improving rhetorical competence with the aim of professional personal growth); concept and cognitive (system knowledge in rhetoric, necessary for carrying out the management activity and ways of its acquisition); communicative and activity oriented (realization of pronunciation, lexical, grammar habits; skills of monologue and dialogue speech in standard and non-standard communicative situations of professional activity), reflexive (ability to asses both personal rhetoric activity and a communication partner's one); principles of the rhetoric competence formation of future managers in conditions of Master's training: the specific principles (rhetorization of professional preparation, correspondence to the ideal, practice priority, harmonizing dialogue) were further developed; results - the pedagogic technology of rhetoric competence formation of future managers in conditions of Master's training, the optional course "Rhetoric of professional direction" and the educational textbook "Trainings in forming rhetorical competence recommended for teachers and future managers in conditions of Master's training were founded, tested and implemented in the educational process of Dnepropetrovsk National University Oles Honchar, Kherson State University, Simon Kusnets Kharkiv National University of Economics, Kharkiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, industry - professional education.
