Kleshnya A. Social Philosophy and Philosophy of History

The Dissertation work is dedicated to researching the social project in accordance to the paradigm of Postmodern era. The philosophical-historical reconstruction of emergence of social project has been carried out. That made possible to expose that in the philosophical-cultural heritage the social project is manifested as an aspiration for the image or the ideal of a desired social state. The social project is constructed under specific historical conditions, implying some critical reaction to the current socio-economic relations as a theoretical base for renewal of the social order and a necessary prerequisite for self-construction of the society. It is ascertained that evolution of social project occurs in compliance with the cultural matrix of some historical period. In the XX c. the social project has been interpreted as a scientifically grounded approach that is based on results of social forecasting and carried out within selected strategies of social development. According to the Postmodern era paradigm, the social project takes the mass-like, atomized forms, and becomes the practice of man's being in society.
