Gres' O. Pedagogical Conditions of Organization of Health Maintenance Activity of Heads of Comprehensive Educational Establishments.

Object - pedagogical management activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments; aim - to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions providing for the efficiency in the organization of health maintenance activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to provide substantiation and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of organization of health maintenance activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments; the content of health maintenance activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments is characterized as an inseparable component of his/her pedagogical management activity providing for forming specific conditions and factors, interaction of administration representatives, teaching staff and all structural units for achievement of educational goals and goals of securing of one's health condition that is for training educated and healthy school-leavers; the content of the structural components of health maintenance activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments, the criteria and indices of the efficiency of its organization have been specified; results - the pedagogical conditions of organization of health maintenance activity of heads of comprehensive educational establishments have been experimentally tested and are recommended for the implementation in the teaching process of comprehensive educational establishments. The theoretical ideas and practical findings of the research have been used for designing the seminar "Person's Health and its Preservation within the Educational Process" and working out teaching recommendations " Theory and Practice of Health Maintenance Activity of Heads of Comprehensive Educational Establishments" for managers of comprehensive educational establishments; these materials have been used in the process of training managers in the sphere of education in the Institute of Post-diploma Education at G.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University ; field - pedagogy.
