Object - the process of future psychologists' professional training in higher educational institutions; the aim - to reveal the impact of the scientifically grounded and experimentally tested technology of the formation of future psychologists' readiness to advisory activity on professional training level; methods - theoretical, empirical, mathematical statistics; novelty - firstly, the technology of the formation of future psychologists' readiness to advisory work in the process of professional training is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested; the concept "future psychologists' readiness to advisory activity" is clarified. It is considered as a psychologist's ability to the successful consultative interaction with a client, which arises on the basis of positive attitude to a client's problems; of deep and solid knowledge of advisory work; of personal and professional qualities; of skills to explain to a client causes and effects of life situations, to help to solve these problems; psychodiagnostic methods of a practical psychologist's work, consultive conversations with a client, the ways and the methods of pedagogical correction, various kinds of psychological training got further development; results - the technology of the formation of future psychologists' readiness to advisory activity in the process of professional training is experimentally tested and can be implemented in the practice of modern higher educational institutions of the specified profile.
