Essay

In the thesis based on a comprehensive clinical, psychopathological and psycho-diagnostic research are theoretical generalization and the new solution of an actual scientific problem - improving the quality of diagnosis of alcohol dependence based on a comprehensive assessment of co-addiction and associated psychopathology. In result of comprehensive research was created integrated diagnostic table, which contains indirect informative signs of presence - absence of alcohol addiction. In the testing process of created integrated table for the diagnosis of alcohol dependence, based on assessment of severity co-addictions and other psychopathological symptoms, has been found that it provides: sensitivity at 100,00%; specificity at 95.77% and faultlessness at 97.89%, which is sufficient for high quality screening diagnostics of alcohol dependence.
