Essay

Object: is the primary vocational education system in Ukraine in the second half of XIX -the beginning of XX century. Aim: is to reveal the features of primary vocational education development and define the prospects of implementing a constructive historical and educational experience in a modern national system of vocational education, that is based on a complete and systematic analysis of the genesis of the primary vocational education in the South of Ukraine in the second half of XIX - beginning of XX century. Practical value: is to elaborate the methodical recommendations; to accumulate factual material. Methods: comparative and historical, statistical, chronological, historical and typological, formal and legal methods; methods of classification and periodization.
