Essay

The dessertation is devoted to the study of the teacher's psychological training in the system of postgraduate teacher education and on this basis it involves designing and verification of the efficiency of organizational model of the psychology learning process during the training course on the principles of individualization and differentiation. Developing trends of postgraduate teacher education in Ukraine and the problems of adult education are analyzed. It has been determined that teachers have conscious and unconscious psychological problems. Teachers solve conscious problems of their practice alone or with the help of experts. Unconscious problems both personal and professional environmental reason cause various kinds of professional deformations affecting the working relationships and become the reason of personal disharmony. An organizational model was created based on the theoretical analysis system which consists of five stages: propaedeutical, diagnostic, basic, additional, final-reflexive. The content, features of organization and forms of tuition psychology in postgraduate teacher education on the principles of differentiation and individualization has been determined. It has also been developed and experimentally tested a comprehensive program of organization of psychology course training for all categories which is based on the needs and demands of teachers, previous knowledge and professional experience. The effectiveness is proved.
