On the basis of researching the historical sources, archival, epistolary and memorial materials it was realized complete theoretical analysis of the problem of the professional development of the personality according to the pedagogical system of A. S. Makarenko; it was determined the specificity of realization the problem of the professional development of the personality in 1920-1930; it was characterized the leading social and historical conditions of the pedagogical activity of A. S. Makarenko, the forming of his pedagogical system, the ideas of professional development of the personality.
