There is no theoretical and experimental study of interaction between locomotions and musical ability in the study of the development of psychophysical qualities of pupils at music schools by means of physical education. The actuality of the problem is defined by government priorities as to the forming of healthy, physical developed, young generation, the presence of contradictions between the needs of education in the efficient use of integration processes in the performance of musical and rhythmic and gymnastic movements with the aim of the harmonious development of children and insufficient theoretical study and practical development of this process. As a result of ascertaining experiment, problem of scientific research was formulated. Indices of physical fitness, mental and physical development, morphological and functional data of pupils of music schools are defined. An experimental program of the development of psychophysical qualities of pupils at music schools contains a system of means of physical education was proved and developed. They are interconnected and interdependent by the age development of the child and aimed at implementation of semantic lines: the complex formation of mental and physical qualities.Experimental study confirms the effectiveness of the proposed program of development of psychophysical qualities of pupils at music schools.
