Object - the process of professional training of foreign students at higher technical educational institutions; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated technology of professional communicative skills forming in foreign students at higher technical educational institutions on the level of professional communicative skills development; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research is the first to provide theoretical substantiation and test the technology of professional communicative skills forming in foreign students at higher technical educational institutions; the definition of the term "foreign students' professional communicative skills" is specified as an ability of future engineers to carry out interaction with partners in professional setting, develop interpersonal relationships on the principles of cooperation and mutual understanding, follow the rules of speech etiquette during the process of professional information receiving and transfer which is essential for the adequate performance of one's professional duties; the techniques, methods and forms of professional communicative skills forming in foreign students at higher technical educational institutions have acquired further study; results - the implementation of the technology of professional communicative skills forming in foreign students at higher technical educational institutions has allowed to test its efficiency experimentally and the results achieved suggest that it will be helpful in professional training of foreign students.
