Dissertation is devoted to the problems of the efficiency of the administrative courts. Determination of the effectiveness of the administrative courts conducted through the inclusion of items such as: target (goal); methods; results achieved. To assess the efficiency of judicial systems and standards for their operation legal documents around the world analyzed. Separation criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the administrative courts grounded including: the quality of the judgment, the administrative court availability, timeliness administrative jurisdiction of the case, the professionalism of judges and court staff and the level of public confidence in the administrative court. The problems of the efficiency of the administrative courts and statistics highlighted regarding the practice of justice in administrative cases. Certain activities aimed on increasing the efficiency of the administrative courts suggested.
