The object of study - training teachers of English in higher education Belgium; subject of study - organizational and pedagogical principles of training teachers of English in Belgium; methods: theoretical - analysis of the sources of general and comparative pedagogy to study scientific approaches to the interpretation of concepts relating to vocational education and teacher training, to compile information on institutional, contextual and organizational support for training teachers of English in Belgium; synthesis - for understanding the whole picture training teachers of English author and definitions; classification - for the division of comparative educational research in the training of teachers of English for thematic focus, to systematize for structural and functional characteristics and institutional, contextual and organizational support for training teachers of English in Belgium; to delimit blocks of educational training programs for teachers of English in Belgium for study areas etc. Compare - to find common and distinctive features in training teachers of English in Belgium and Ukraine; to trace the formation of views on the abovementioned problem for comparative analysis of legal documents that establish the basic principles of training teachers of English in Belgium and Ukraine, as well as the provisions laid down in international and domestic documents on the objectives of the educational process and means to ensure its quality; generalization, specification - to determine the methodology of pedagogical research training teachers of English in Belgium, to define the stages of development of vocational teacher education in Belgium; abstraction - to the isolation of a set of attributes, characteristics and trends of those directly related to the subject of the study; empirical - method of data analysis - to study and compare the semantic institutional and professional training of English teachers in Belgium and Ukraine.
