The dissertation is devoted to the creation of new combined medicinal product for the local treatment of wounds in the second phase of wound process in the form of a gel for use in therapy and surgery. On the basis of the conducted complex pharmacotechnology, physico-chemical, structural-mechanical, biological, and microbiological studies developed composition and technology of gel for the treatment of wounds in the second phase of wound process with the allantoin content is 1.5 %, glucosamine hydrochloride – 1 % lavender oil – 0,5 %. With the help of carried out comprehensive studies of the proposed method of standardization developed the drug, developed the project of the ICC.
