Ivko T. Optimization of medicinal maintenance of patients with type 2 diabetes on the basis of marketing and pharmacoeconomic studies

Results of complex marketing, pharmacoeconomic research of treatment regimens of patients type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in the dissertation represent. Methodological recommendations for improving the Unified clinical protocols of primary and secondary (specialized) medical care of the patients with T2DM on the evidence-based medicine to improve the section of endocrinology at the State Formulare of medicines developed also. Рrevalence, morbidity, complications and hospital mortality of patients with DM has been analyzed according to official statistics in the Podolsky region of Ukraine. Рharmacoeconomic analysis applied of oral hypoglycohaemic drugs (OHD) and schemes of therapy of patients with T2DM was conducted on the basis of retrospective analysis of 1792 medical records inpatients. Pharmaceutical market of OHD has been studied: structure, saturation, dynamic of development, demand, adherence to producing countries, compliance writing prescriptions of OHD, social and economic affordability pharmacotherapy of patients with T2DM.
