Savenko T. The Scientific society named by T. Shevchenko in the Western Ukraine among the war period: the organizational principles, the scientific and publishing activity

Thesis deals with the organizational principles, research and publishing Shevchenko Scientific Society in Western Ukraine in the interwar period. Based on the critical analysis of historical sources, historiography a chievements and new methodological approaches found a place Shevchenko Scientific Society in the scientific and public life of the region. Activities of the company that operated in line with the search for new forms and methods of research, to fulfill the tasks- implementation of Ukrainian research on language, literature, history, archeology, law, ethnography. Displaying scientific contribution of the Shevchenko Scientific Society, representing the scientific society and NGOs at conferences, symposia, scientific congresses, as an institution of academic level.
