Essay

The study was conducted by complex researches through morphometric, histological, histochemical, lectinhistochemical methods at first was determined concerning regularities of structure's regularity of major salivary glands and lymphoid tissue associated with salivary glands during postnatal period in norm and after intrauterine antigen action. At first was determined the dynamic's features of major salivary glands mass, development of the secretory units and connective tissue structures in early postnatal period in norm and after intrauterine antigen action.Was determined the significant increase of general part of lymphocytes, particularly PNA+lymphocytes and, consequently, changes in the distribution of cells and biopolymers of extracellular matrix. At first was detected the distribution of polysaccharides and glycoconjugates, described the dynamic's distribution of extracellular matrix, cells, the ratio of major salivary glands' epithelial and connective tissue structures and the same proved the relation between formation of salivary glands' structural components and presence of lymphocytes into this structures.
