Kharazii A. Models and methods of selection of project management methodologies with different team awareness

The paper presents models and methods of choice of project management methodology, depending on the degree of awareness of the project team. The first method involves filling out a questionnaire by the person who makes the decision. The questionnaire reflects different areas of the project and it's surroundings. The second method is based on solving the optimization problem by criteria: the laboriousness of the project management, management cost and the risks, associated with the use of a particular methodology. The third method of choosing of methodology is based on the task of optimizing the scope of the project, which includes eight objective functions. The method of successive concessions was proposed for the solution of this problem. The practical problem of selecting the project management methodology for the development of a computer program For Plan using three methods was solved.
