Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of age-related remodeling of structures of submandibular gland in post-resection of pulmonary hypertension. Рost-resection of pulmonary arterial hypertension results in significant remodeling of the submandibular gland structures in male pigs Vietnamese breed was found. Іn simulated pathology structural homeostasis at the organ, tissue and cellular levels of structural organization significantly disrupted, confirmed by significant changes in stromal-parenchymal relationships in the body, nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio in serotsitah, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, a marked increase in the relative extent of the damage serotsitiv, epithelial cells, endothelial cells. When hypertension in the pulmonary circulation is detected significant restructuring of the submandibular gland of the arteries, which is characterized by increasing the outer diameter of these vessels, thickening of their walls, narrowing of the lumen, endothelial damage. More pronounced morphological changes were found in the arteries of small caliber examined organ, which belongs to the main role in its blood supply. Post-resection of pulmonary arterial hypertension leads to marked structural changes in vessels hemomicrocirculatory riverbed, which were characterized by narrowing of the bearing, exchange and the expansion of its venous part. When remodeling pathology modeled structures of submandibular gland and its vascular bed dominated the experimental animals older age group and decompensated pulmonary heart.
