First grounded socio-economic approaches to optimize pharmaceutical provision of ulcer patients by developing recommendations for the formation of the insurance list of proton pump inhibitors and increase economic efficiency and rationality of their use with automated program for pharmacoeconomic calculations. As a result of the complex (organizational, economic, marketing, medical, social, pharmacoeconomic) researches the social and effective optimization model of pharmaceutical provision of patients with ulcer, based on rational selection, prescribing and use of drugs at all levels of the health system; developed and grounded methodical approach to pharmacoeconomic evaluation of rationality of ulcer therapy.
