The object of study - process of professional-pedagogical formation of the future teacher of Humanities at the stage of master training; subject of research - pedagogical conditions of formation at the higher school value-semantic readiness tutoring activities with masters in the Humanities; research methods: theoretical analysis of philosophical, psycho-pedagogical and methodical literature to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of "value-semantic readiness of a personality to tutoring activities", the definition of concepts and categories, as well as scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study; empirical ? psychological-pedagogical diagnostic methods (questioning, testing, conversation, interview), observational methods (pedagogical observation, self-observation, self-evaluation) to clarify the nature of the relationship of master students to the research problem and to identify the level of completeness of their value-semantic readiness for work of a tutor; pedagogical experiment to determine pedagogical conditions of the productive formation at undergraduates of value-semantic readiness, and tutoring activities. Processing of the experimental data was carried out using the methods of mathematical statistics, which allowed to verify the accuracy of the experimental data.
