Hryshchuk A. The legal status of judicial self-government of Ukraine in the context of ensuring professional rights of judges

In the dissertation there is investigated issue of the legal status of judicial self-government of Ukraine in the context of ensuring professional rights of judges. On the basis of analysis of the literature and current practices at issue in the dissertation work are carried out he theoretical and methodological analysis of the formation and reformation of the legal status of judicial self-government of Ukraine; revealed the etymology and appropriateness of the concept of judicial self-government in the current legislation of Ukraine; proved appropriateness of the current system of judicial self-government; found the problems of judicial self-government of Ukraine; analyzed experience of the EU and the Commonwealth of Independent States, are presented proposed guidelines for the formation of the system of judicial self-government.
