This work presents specific peculiarities of the structure and blood supply of the white rat's eyeball vascular tunic under the effect of an opioid (Nalbuphine) that have been studied on specimens of the eyeballs of 144 white rats applying the methods of injection of bloodstream, histology, electron microscopy and morphometry analyses. Morphological changes in the vascular tunic caused by the prolonged effect of Nalbuphine and duration of its safe application have also been determined and substantiated on the example of the eyeball vascular tunic.
