Object of research: process of preparation of teachers-organizers in system of postgraduate education; an object of research: pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of teachers-organizers to health maintaining activity with pupils in system of postgraduate education; research methods: the theoretical: the analysis, synthesis, classification, ordering and generalisation of proceedings of domestic and foreign scientists, for essence specification to health maintaining activity and readiness of teachers-organizers for its realisation; the empirical: Studying and generalisation of pedagogical experience health maintaining activity of Schools of assistance to health, the analysis and pedagogical supervision over activity of teachers-organizers during the course and intercourse periods, conversations, questioning, a self-estimation, diagnostics of levels to formed readiness of teachers-organizers, to health maintaining activity with the pupils, ascertaining and forming stages of experiment for finding-out of a condition of investigated readiness, check of efficiency of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness to health maintaining activity with pupils; the statistical: methods of expert estimations and the mathematical statistics for processing and the analysis of results of skilled-experimental work and an establishment of scientific reliability of the received results.
