Object - pancreas of white rat; objective - to establish normal structure and blood supply of white rat pancreas and changes after long-term influence of opioid; methods - injectional, histological, histochemical, biochemical, electron microscopic, morphometric, statistical; results - for the first time was established peculiarities of angioarchitecture, micro- and ultrastructure of white rats normal pancreas and structural transformations after 6-weeks of nalbuphine injections, new data were obtained concerning peculiarities of blood supply of white rat's pancreas, it was established sequence, direction and course of arterial branches, for the first time was made the complex morphometric analysis of angioarchitectonics of the pancreas of white rats at the injection and enlightened specimens, experimental data were classified according to statistical analysis, this allowed to conduct comparative characteristics of pancreas structure in healthy rats and under influence of opioid.
