In the dissertation on the basis of processing a wide range of sources, carried out a comprehensive analysis of glass foundry’s formation and development in Subcarpathian and Volyn Regions (late 15 – early 19 c.). Areas inhabited by glass-workers, which operated on the territory of Subcarpathian and Volyn in the late 15 - early 19 centuries are localized, typology of glass products is developed. Specific features of urban glass manufacture are studied in its connection with wood glass manufacture.
