Technology of white wine matherials for varietal sparkling wines production. 3. Standart and special phisical and chemical, microbiological, organileptic, chromatographic, statistical methods. 4. The role of yeast strains in high qualiy wine production was obcerved and it's founded on ability to intensive producttion of certian fermentation products. 5. Industial introduction was performed and aproved a Technological Instruction by NIGW "Magarach". 6. The branch of usage - Winemacking.
