Essay

In the thesis we study the problem of formation of professional skills of future teachers of preschool educational institutions. Updated and expanded the notion of "professional skills of future teachers of preschool educational institutions", its structure and content. For the first time scientifically substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of professional skills of future teachers of preschool educational institutions: the purposeful formation of students' positive motivation for acquiring professional skills and focus on self-development and self-improvement on an ongoing reflexive basis; the acquisition of the future teachers of system of knowledge of professional skills and acquisition of skills of their practical application; introduction of the mixture of traditional and innovative forms and methods in a coherent system of professional training of future teachers; criteria and indicators: motivational-target (availability of professional motives, humanistic orientation, motivation for success), content-procedural (psychological-pedagogical competence, system knowledge about the nature, content and components of professional skills, ability for self-development), integration-reflexive (communication skills, ability to empathy, reflexivity); characterized by qualitative characteristics of the levels (high, medium, low); the developed model and technique of formation of professional skills of future educators, which was implemented over three phases: diagnostic, introductory, active, and creative and reflective and corrective. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of experimental work confirmed the efficiency of the introduced pedagogical conditions of formation of professional skills of future teachers of preschool educational institutions.
