Essay

The thesis contains study of the factors of knowledge transfer. Transfer of knowledge is defined as the ability to generalize the knowledge and to use them in other situations. Forecasting models of knowledge transfer were presented. The transfer of knowledge is determined by field independence cognitive style, anticipation solvency and authoritarian servility. Training in music and humanities sections, the presence of secondary education in gymnasiums and higher education, work experience in education field are determine the transfer of knowledge.
