Essay

The thesis studied the life and leisure of the rural population of Ukraine of 1991-2005. Showing activity of bodies of state power and administration on the socio-economic development of rural areas, social protection and the standard of living of the rural population. It was found that the state policy in relation to the welfare of the inhabitants of rural areas has been extremely inconsistent, half-hearted.
