Essay

The Object is the professional-pedagogical training of the future teachers-philologists in the conditions of the Magistrates.The Goal is the theoretical substantiation and verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of research skills of future teachers-philologistsmeans library resources in magistrates. There are theoretical, empirical and statistical Methods. The Novelty -for the first time identified the pedagogical conditionsof formationof research skills of future teachers-philologistsin the process of masters training by means of library resources. The structural-functional model of formation of research skills of future teachers-philologistsmeans library resources in magistrate'sconditionswas developed.The theory and methodology ofprofessional training of the future teachers-philologistswas further developed. Results - the diagnostic and experimental techniquesof formationof research skills of future teachers-philologistsin the process of masters training by means of library resourcesin magistrate'sconditionswasdeveloped. The effectiveness of implementation is high. The Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
