Essay

The Object is the training of future music teachers in higher educational institutions. The goal - let justify theoretically and experimentally verify the pedagogical conditions of formation of reflective competence of future music teachers in the training process. There are theoretical, empirical and statistical Methods. The Novelty - for the first time identified and scientifically justified the pedagogical conditions of formation of reflective competence of future music teachers in the training process. The model of reflective competence of future music teachers in the training process was developed, scientifically based and tested. The theory and methodology of personality-professional and reflective-competence training of future music teachers was further developed. Results - diagnostic and experimental techniques of formation of reflective competence of future music teachers in the training process was developed. The effectiveness of implementation is high. The Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
