First theoretically and experimentally have been developed composition and technology of solution for injections "Apikayin-R" - dried powder of purified bee venom for the treatment of oncological and immune pathologies. General concept of study was grounded that takes into account the approach to the development of composition and technology of injecting drugs. With the use of modern physical, chemical, technological, microbiological, pharmacological methods has been developed and mastered the production of finished dosage form "Apikayin-R" - lyophilisates for solution for injection for JSC "Pharmstandard-Biolik" (Kharkiv) 1 mg vials combined with ampoule - 1 ml of isotonic solution. Experimentally have been defined the optimum processes of solution filtration using a membrane filter.
