Zhuravlov A. The Distance learning infrastructure development for the public servants and municipals in Ukraine

In the thesis was decided topical scientific problem, which is the scientific substantiation of ways of developing the infrastructure of remote training civil servants and local government officials in Ukraine. The role and place of distance learning in training and professional development of civil servants and local government officials in Ukraine, international experience implementing distance learning technologies, and systematically examined the problems of these technologies in Ukraine and the ways of their solution. The mechanisms, approaches and models of effective implementation of distance learning technologies in the field of Civil Service of Ukraine. The model was developed and combined (blended) training and principles for its development of educational subsystems of remote training civil servants and local government officials.
