The subject - remodeling vascular bed and structural components of major salivary glands of white rats with chronic alcohol intoxication; the purpose - to establish features of nature and timing of restructuring parenchyma and bloodstream of major salivary glands of rats with chronic alcohol intoxication and its correction; the methods - preparation, x-ray, microscopic, morphometric, mathematical and statistical ones; results - features of structural and functional organization and topography of major salivary glands of rats in the norm are established for the first time using the complex of modern methods of investigation; quantitative characteristics of bloodstream and parenchymal elements is given, features of restructuring bloodstream and tissues of major salivary glands of white rats with chronic alcohol intoxication at organ, tissue and cellular levels in dynamics is investigated for the first time and their quantitative morphometric characteristics is provided, the comparison of changes in parenchymal and stromal cells of major salivary glands of white rats with restructuring their bloodstream and the level of endogenous intoxication under the influence of chronic alcohol intoxication is performed for the first time, the experimental basis for applying "Polisorb" drug for the correction of changes occurring under conditions of chronic alcohol intoxication is given.
