The thesis presents a retrospective analysis of educational work with teachers in the school system in Transcarpathia (1919 - 1938). It is found historical background of education and educational processes, trends and characteristics associated with socio-economic, cultural and educational status edge. It is analized the problems of historical and pedagogical science and outlined the concept of educational work with teachers.
