Dynamics of structural changes in rabbit eye tissues and blood vessels as well as dynamics of clinical-biological blood composition and eye chamber humidity after cornea alkali burn are investigated in this dissertation on macroscopic, light-optical and ultrastructural level. Morphometric characteristics of rabbit eye structures is given and peculiarities of the dynamics of morphometrical parameters changes after cornea alkali burn are determined. Morphofunctional and biochemical estimation of «Polisorb» sorbent effective use for the purpose to prevent and correct early changes in cornea after alkali burn is carried out as well as experimental morphofunctional interpretation of powdered subtrate of lyophilized pig derma as the remedy for improvement of regenerating processes in postburn period is done with the estimation of their effective use. The use of powdered substrate of lyophilized pig derma in cases with cornea alkali burns provides the improvement of regeneration processes resulting in epithelization of the whole burnt area by multilayer ordered epithelium approximating the shape of its cells to cylindrical, strengthening functional activity of the own substance fibroblasts with the increase of their synthetic ability and structuring of intercellular substance with distinctive longitudinal orientation of collagen fibers located in it.
