The object of research, training future professionals musicians;subject: the process of formation of professional competence of future specialists musicians with art management; Methods: theoretical analysis, comparison and synthesis of reference and encyclopaedias, scientific and educational literature on the professional training of art management in foreign countries and Ukraine; specification of the nature of art management, specific professional competence of future professionals musicians of art management; Design variant models of the formation of professional competence of future professionals musicians of art management; schematization their organizational and educational structures;- Empirical: focused observation and analysis of the process and results of teaching and learning, cultural, recreational and organizational management of future professionals musicians for the purpose of display most effective conditions formation of their professional competence with art management; questioning and interviewing students and experts on art, music and teacher training to update the content and methods of professional and managerial training graduates; diagnostic interview, survey and testing of future specialists musicians for expression in them signs of professional competence of the art management; pedagogical experiment to determine the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of future professionals musicians of art management; methods of mathematical statistics, validation of experimental research and interpretation.
