Thesis presents theoretical generalization and complex solution of animal breeding scientific problem in the sphere of piglets growth and development, their productivity and resistance regulation, improvement of physiological blood formation parameters, lipids metabolism, hormonal mirror, antioxidant protection. The advantages of proposed by the author way of Iron compounds application in new combinations for stimulation of physiological processes in a piglet body were proved. The indicators of humoral regulation and lipids metabolism under different parameters of the oxygen transportation system by modeling its activity through introduction of iron dekstranated compound to piglets were defined. The motor activity indicators of piglets with different level of oxygen and lipids transportation intensity in blood; concentration of free threeiodinetyronin, insulin, cortisol, malondialdehyde, functions of glutathione peroxidase and catalase under the iron citrate and irondekstran introduction were first grounded. It was demonstrated that piglets motor activity increases with the indicators of oxygen transportation system rising, this is accompanied by some decrease in the concentration of cortisol and by increase of threeiodinetyronin and insulin content. Activation of the anabolic processes is accompanied by increasing of lipids transportation intensity in blood; animals productivity is also raised. Iron citrate introduction to the organism is accompanied by the increased lipid peroxidation intensity, the hemoglobin concentration in the blood rising and increased activity of catalase in erythrocytes. Though it does not demonstrate sufficient stimulating effect on the animals productivity. Complex use of different nature iron compounds (iron citrate and irondekstran) provides growth in sucking piglets productivity. Great positive correlative relations between motor activity of piglets under the complex introduction of iron citrate and irondekstran and both ferum and threeiodinetyronin in blood and also functions of glutathione peroxidaze in erythrocytes hemolisate and negative relations with the cortisol, malondialdehyde, tryatsylhlitserol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, extremely low density lipoprotein cholesterol content in blood plasma, catalase activity in piglets hemolisates of erythrocytes were set. For the first time it was theoretically grounded and physiologically proved the feasibility of the iron citrate use in combination with brovaferan-100 for sucking piglets motor activity increase, and also anabolic hormones content in blood, indicators of oxygen and cholesterol transportation system, activity of antioxidant enzymes in erythrocytes. Optimum ratio of iron compounds to increase piglets productivity and resistance was defined. A method of the increase of newborn piglets total resistance was suggested.
