Kramar S. Morphological state of skin in experimental thermal trauma and in the conditions of correction

The research is devoted to determine the peculiarities of remodeling of morphological features of skin components in experimental thermal trauma, and its correction with lyophilized xenographt substrate. It was defined in the experiment on guinea pigs-males that severe burn injury causes deep morphological, histochemical and morphometric changes in structural components of the skin, the degree of which depends on term of the experiment and is accompanied by high levels of endogenous intoxication. Usage of xenographt substrate after early necrectomy of burn damaged tissues reduces toxic products in the animal’s blood, improves the formation of granulation tissue, activates the regenerative processes. At the later stages of the experiment the usage of crioliofilized xenograft substrate accelerates epithelialization, healing of the wound defect with the formation of connective tissue of papillary and reticular layers of the dermis.
